The squirrel is taking shape quite nicely. I’m really enjoying these saturated colours, especially since the trees have almost all dropped theirs by now. I’m extending the fall colour show a little longer in my sewing corner.
I goofed calculating my measurements for the black or I would have finished he top by now. It’s really coming together quickly.
I also made a bit of progress machine quilting the large snowflake tree skirt, and I've progressed to quilting the borders on the hand quilted kaleidoscope quilt. Not a bad showing for this week so far.
Stunning fabrics. Definitely autumnal xx
ReplyDeleteThe colors are awesome and reflect the beautiful fall season! Luckily, not all the trees here have lost their leaves, but I'm sure they will soon. I was in awe just driving through town yesterday seeing so many gorgeous colors!!
ReplyDeleteI'm interested in anything that extends Fall color!
ReplyDeleteLovely leaf blocks. Can't wait to see it all come together!
Those leaves are going to be really pretty! Glad you showed a close-up of the chevron one. I would have never thought of doing that with half-squares. That will be a pretty item too! ---"Love"
ReplyDeleteThose look so awesome. Are the leaves and the stripes in the same quilt?
ReplyDeleteSuch gorgeous colors to work with in the fall! Love the leaves. Glad you are making progress on the hand quilting. I really must make a dent in mine this weekend.
ReplyDeleteThe colors are just fabulous and I just love the zigzags! Ditto what Jasmine said. . . are the leaves (which look great) and the zigzags going in the same quilt? You've captured my imagination!! :)
